The ISK is a department within the Edith Stein for students from the age of 12 until 17, coming from abroad, who need to learn the Dutch language. We offer a 1- or 2-year course, which leads to different levels of education. The students will be immersed in the Dutch language, while other subjects like mathematics, English, world orientation, drama, art and PE are taught as well.
To get a right impression of a student’s level, an intake test is required: an arithmatics test and a non verbal intelligence test. A copy of the most recent report needs to prove the ability of following ISK-lessons at a certain required level. Only then a placement is possible.
